Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Pickens from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Pickens homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
We also help Pickens homeowners plan for material delivery timing so a Roof Replacement doesn't sit half-finished waiting on backordered shingles.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Pickens, MS licensing and full insurance.
Local Pickens crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Pickens homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Pickens roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
Tear-off crew protected our landscaping better than we expected going in.
